Dan founded and has been with the Company since its inception. Dr. Kopacz has been an advocate and pioneer in regional anesthesia for more than 25 years. He has published more than 80 scientific articles and authored book chapters on the topic of regional anesthesia. Dr. Kopacz was on the Editorial Board of Regional Anesthesia and Pain Management (ASRA) and was influential for improving medical residency requirements in anesthesiology to include mandatory regional anesthesia training. Dr. Kopacz has been on the Editorial Boards of the American Society of Anesthesiology’s (ASA) Self-Education and Evaluation Program (SEE) and Anesthesiology Continuing Education (ACE) programs. He is currently co-editor of the Continuing Medical Education program for the Journal Anesthesiology. Dr. Kopacz completed a Regional Anesthesia Fellowship at Virginia Mason Medical Center in Seattle.

Chairman of the Board of Directors, President and CEO

Steve is a seasoned business builder and business development professional with leadership in predictive analytics, drug delivery, medical devices, business development, entrepreneurship, and strategic planning in private and public companies. Having done business around the world, he is an internationalist and completing more than $1.2 billion in international project fundings. Earlier in his career, he served as the CEO of Consonus, MacroMed, and CFO of Evans and Sutherland Computer Corporation and held senior development, financial and management positions at Guardian Industries, Air Products and Chemicals and Ford Motor Company. Mr. Eror holds a BA in Economics and French and an MBA from the University of Utah where he was an adjunct professor of Finance in the David Eccles Graduate School of Business.

Ranjit Singh is a serial entrepreneur with an exceptional track record of developing successful companies and creating significant shareholder value. He is a seasoned executive, with extensive experience in building great management teams, strategic plans, setting up global operations, M&A and offshore development platforms. He is a proven executive with demonstrated successes in global companies and startup businesses. 

Ranjit is currently the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of CSR Consulting Group, which provides business and technology consulting services to US and International clients, a position that he has held since 2008. He previously served as President and Chief Executive Officer of Aptara, a content outsourcing services company, from February 2003 until July 2008.  Prior to that, he was President and Chief Executive Officer of ContentGuard, which develops and markets digital property rights management software.  Before joining ContentGuard, Mr. Singh worked for Xerox as a corporate Senior Vice President responsible for the software and services businesses.   

Ranjit currently serves as a member of the Board of Directors at Ultralife Batteries (NASDAQ: ULBI) and has been its’ Director since 2000, Chairman of the Board from 2001 to 2007. During his tenure as the director, he has chaired every committee and currently is the Chairman of the Strategy and Governance Committee. 

During last two decades Ranjit has served on the Boards of more than 10 public and private companies as well as two venture funds. He very well versed all the functions and responsibilities of a board in strategic planning, profitable growth plans, financial controls, mergers and acquisitions, social responsibility, and governance. 

Mr. Singh has a BS and MS in Electrical Engineering from University of Bath, England, and an MBA from WPI in Massachusetts, USA

Chief Financial Officer

Stephen Spencer, CPA, is the CFO of Solo-Dex since October, 2021. He was trained as a senior auditor by PwC in Los Angeles and Salt Lake City. Stephen is a senior financial manager with a strong background in financial analysis, internal controls, financial reporting, consolidations, technical accounting and SEC reporting. He has a track record of professionalism with a passion for streamlining accounting processes and making improvements in both public and private organizations. His CFO engagements included SignPath Pharma Inc, a clinical stage company with a unique cardiac drug development platform. Certus Critical Care, Inc., a development stage company increasing survival and quality of life in the aftermath of stroke, cardiac arrest and hemorrhagic shock, Titin KM Biomedical Corp., an innovative medical rehabilitation device company and VitaNav, Inc. manufacturer of Kenetik, an energy drink utilizing the power of ketones.

Vicki has been with Solo-Dex since March 2021 She has been employed by Southern California Edison and the Montana State Supreme Court for 31 years in legal administration departments. She is a customer service professional with strong skills resolving operational challenges and regulatory matters.

Albert Rego, Ph.D., MBA is a scientific consultant to the regulated industries, with over thirty years of experience in the pharmaceutical and medical device industries. Areas of specialization are in the national and international regulatory aspects of the scientific testing requirements for chemical, biological, and sterilization technologies. He has experience in performing, directing, and designing, and evaluating clinical and non-clinical studies for pharmaceuticals and medical devices. Selective expertise includes chemical stability testing, medical device evaluations, statistical design and interpretation, regulatory submissions, chemical hygiene plans, analytical chemistry methodologies, and sterilization validation.

Albert Rego, Ph.D., MBA is the Official Correspondent and author of numerous 510(k) applications with successful Substantial Equivalence (SE) Clearances; including devices ranging from software driven active devices to cardiovascular devices and combination products with antimicrobial properties. Post Clearance support for sponsors includes Quality System audits, audit preparation, and participation in competent authority audits both domestically and internationally (Europe, South East Asia, Australia)

Albert Rego, Ph.D., MBA has been involved as the Official Correspondent and Author of full PMA applications and PMA supplements for Class III critical devices, including authoring virtually all sections of PMA applications.
